Kazakhstan 15,000 square meter outdoor non-powered amusement park plan
I. Overall Planning and Design Highlights
1. Core Positioning and Theme
Theme IP: Using the panda, a national treasure, as the core visual symbol, panda designs are incorporated into the slide area and core play area to enhance memorability and create a family-friendly photo opportunity.
Target Audience: Families of all ages, including toddlers, children, and teenagers, catering to both leisure and exercise, suitable for scenic spots, farms, community facilities, and commercial complexes.
Site Layout: A rectangular plot of land, employing a circular circulation + zoned design. The entrance, core play area, popular attraction area, extension area, and supporting areas are orderly distributed, eliminating dead ends and enhancing the play experience.

2. Site Basic Conditions
Ground System: Large areas are covered with EPDM colored rubber mats (primarily blue and yellow) for cushioning and fall prevention, ensuring safety; the lawn area is combined with wooden/metal playground equipment, balancing a natural feel with safety.
Enclosure and Greenery: The entire area is enclosed by a fence for safety; trees are planted along the fence for green isolation, and landscape trees and flowering trees are added within the site to enhance aesthetics.
Entrance/Exit: The main entrance is located in the middle right of the image, featuring a rabbit-shaped archway and a circular plaza, making it highly recognizable and facilitating visitor flow.
II. Functional Zoning and Core Project Breakdown
1. Popular Attraction Area (Upper Right Corner)
This is the park's main attraction, emphasizing visual impact and photo opportunities:
Rainbow Slide + Panda Inflatable Trampoline: A multi-slide, colorful dry snow slide with a sunshade, suitable for multiple people to slide simultaneously, making it a popular photo spot.
Below the slide is a giant panda-shaped inflatable trampoline with a soft, padded design, friendly to younger children and offering strong parent-child interaction.
Adventure Play Area: Climbing nets, balance beams, and tunnels are provided next to the slides, offering a variety of play options.
A small go-kart/balance bike track is planned on the right, potentially adding secondary spending opportunities.
A colorful rotating swing chair (disco-style) enhances the park's fun.

2. Core Integrated Play Area (Center) The core play area of the park, with the highest density of attractions, catering to all ages:
Panda-themed Integrated Play Tower: With a panda design as its visual centerpiece, it integrates slides, climbing nets, tunnels, platforms, and other functions, making it the visual focal point of the area.
Landscape and Leisure Area: Circular tree pits and landscaped trees, paired with pink flowering trees, create a rest and photo spot where parents can relax with their children.
Swings: Various types of swings, including multi-person swings, single swings, and the trendy moon swing, cater to different age groups.
Other Fun Attractions: Colorful spinning tops, tunnels, balance beams, etc., enriching the play experience.
3. Physical Fitness Development Area (Bottom Left) Primarily designed for youth physical fitness, suitable for parent-child interaction and team building activities:
* Large Climbing Frame / Trendy Swing: Red metal structure, suitable for multiple people on a swing or climbing structure, improving children's physical fitness.
Combined Development Facilities: Blue-framed climbing, tunneling, and balance beam combinations, suitable for young children to school-aged children.
"Meeting Platform" Themed Development Area: A wooden development area on the left, shaped like a city wall, including climbing nets, tunnels, and balance beams, incorporating a themed design for added fun.
4. Supporting Facilities and Services (Bottom Right)
* Entrance Facilities: Hamburger-shaped kiosk and container-style shops, suitable for catering, creative products, and ticketing, increasing revenue.
Sunshade Facilities: White tensile membrane sunshade, providing shade for waiting and rest areas, improving comfort.
Gathering Plaza: A circular paved plaza at the entrance, facilitating visitor flow and event organization.

III. Design Advantages and Operational Value
1. Safety Design
The entire area features soft-padded/cushioned ground; high-risk attractions (slides, climbing frames) have protective designs, meeting amusement facility safety standards.
Fully enclosed fencing prevents children from getting lost, enhancing parental peace of mind.
Clear traffic flow avoids head-on collisions between attractions, reducing the risk of accidents.
2. Operational Advantages
Strong "Instagrammable" appeal: Rainbow slides, panda IP, and photo-op design inherently generate buzz, suitable for short video marketing.
Coverage for all ages: From toddlers to teenagers, parents can accompany their children, increasing average spending per visit and duration of stay.
Diverse revenue streams: Tickets can be sold, supplemented by kiosks, go-karting, team building activities, and other secondary revenue streams.
High adaptability to various settings: Suitable for scenic spots, farms, communities, commercial complexes, kindergartens, and more.
3. Design Details
Bright color scheme: Blue and yellow as the main colors + colorful attractions create strong visual appeal and align with children's aesthetics.
